Christmas Grinch Ice Blocks

On the second day of Christmas

Easy to grab on the run, a great cool-me-down on a hot day PLUS it has some of those great green things in it. Damn right!

1/4 avocado

a small handful baby spinach leaves

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons plain yoghurt

1/2 banana

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Blend and pour into your ice block moulds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
