A dessert that nourishes.
As well as ticking all the boxes for quality and indulgence (well a little bit anyway) when you make anything layered in a glass is always a fun way to eat food.
- Pile the Greek yoghurt to fill about 2/3 of a glass
- Add a layer of berries
- Top with chopped dark chocolate chunks
- Sprinkle with chopped almonds
And go knock yourself out with any other combos you like. e.g chopped banana or apple, or add 2 tablespoon oats or dried fruits, or add a sprinkle of Chia seeds.
