Fluffy Omelette

On the 11th day of Christmas

Fluffy Omelettes. 

Eggs are such a Dietitians dream food

Packed full of protein, good fats and plenty of vits and mins. Protein is such a valuable nutrient for growing athletes and SO EASY to whip up.

Heres how:

Whisk together 2-3 egg whites in a bowl until they create soft peaks

Fold through the yolks

Season with salt and pepper

Pan fry both side in butter

Add your favourite topping to one half (we used veggies, Christmas ham and cheese)

Fold over the empty half on top of your toppings and serve. Wallah!
