After we have met you will receive a summary of the information we chatted about, via email.

I'll get in touch via email 4-6 weeks after your appointment to check how your progress is going. Easy!
This service is designed for you to meet with us from whereever you may be. It's a complete consultation service where we can assess where you are at the moment, consider your goals and make recommendations to help you reach your nutrition targets. We will provide summary information and supporting resources tailored for what you need. And we won't leave it at that... we will check in with you after a few weeks to see how everything is going.
